The half balance of your holiday needs to be paid no later than six weeks before your holiday begins and the final balance upon arrival. Cancellation insurance must be paid with the deposit. We will contact you upon receipt of this booking form to arrange payment of your deposit of £70 per week.

We cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking out the cancellation plan. Please note that no refunds of any kind for whatever reason can be entertained for those who do not choose to take advantage of the plan.

Our comprehensive plan covers the whole of your party up to the day before your holiday commences against cancellation due to: a) redundancy or jury service of a member of the party. b) accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party. We guarantee to return the full amount of deposit and balance paid to Parkers Farm Cottages under this plan.

Please give as much notice as possible and provide the appropriate authoritative documentation as confirmation of your reason for cancellation i.e. Doctors note, Death Certificate, Redundancy notice etc. Claims outside of the specified reasons for cancellation cannot be entertained. Unless the cancellation plan is taken, all other deposits/payments are non-returnable/non-refundable.

*Please note that we do not accept single sex groups (eg Stag or Hen groups) or commercial vehicles. Failure to disclose this will render your booking void, with any monies paid being non-returnable.

**Children and dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation under any circumstances.
